Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:

  1. On Sunday morning, Dallas Police Officers found the body of an unknown man who had been stabbed at Fish Trap Lake. While the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office helps identify the victim, investigators are looking for the subject who stabbed and killed the man. Anyone with information regarding the case should contact Detective Adam Thayer at 214-671-3657 or at adam.thayer@dallaspolice.gov. (WFAA.com)
  2. Over the weekend, Dallas experienced triple-digit heat for the first time this year — ahead of the first triple-digit recording that typically takes place on Jul. 1. According to the National Weather Service, temperatures at the DFW International Airport hit 101 degrees on Sunday. A weather watch issued by ERCOT will extend through Friday that's expecting a higher demand on the grid than usually expected. (The Dallas Morning News)
