Xplor® Preschool Students Donate Food and Blankets to Local Families

Students held a donation drive to collect food and blankets for Valley Creek Church and Grapevine Relief & Community Exchange

Students at Xplor Preschool & School Age Care on Parkwood Hill Blvd in Fort Worth recently held a food drive to benefit Valley Creek Church, which helps to make a difference in the lives of others in the community through acts of service. Students and their families worked together to collect nonperishable food items that were distributed to community members in need this winter.

Students also held a blanket drive for Grapevine Relief & Community Exchange, a nonprofit relief agency that provides food, clothing, financial assistance, and other vital necessities to people who are struggling with a limited income or recent emergency. Students collected nearly 40 blankets that were distributed to individuals supported by the organization. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of helping others, especially during the holiday season.
