• Irving Police seek help locating man who they say has been missing since March (wfaa.com) — Irving police are asking residents to help locate 34-year-old Joseph Fowler, who has been missing since March after last being seen near Addington Drive. Investigators say most leads are exhausted but hope someone recognizes his description or remembers seeing him near North Belt Line, West Rochelle, or the Airport Freeway Walmart. Anyone with information is urged to contact authorities. 
• After bankruptcy, Dallas Tex-Mex company bought Razzoo's restaurants (dallasnews.com) — An Irving Razzoo’s Cajun restaurant is slated to close after Dallas-based M Crowd, parent of Mi Cocina, bought the struggling chain out of bankruptcy and decided to shutter nine of its 20 locations. The company says it will focus on more profitable “legacy” spots, while some managers from closed restaurants may find new roles at Mi Cocina locations.
• Here's why some North Texas cities want voters to decide to leave or stay in DART (keranews.org) — Irving voters are set to decide in May whether the city should stay in or leave Dallas Area Rapid Transit, a move that would immediately end DART bus and train service inside city limits. Alongside Plano, Farmers Branch and Highland Park, Irving is pressing DART for better service while leaders weigh alternatives like microtransit, leaving riders with disabilities and low incomes worried about losing reliable transportation.
