Juniper Communities Unveils Juniper Village At Lincoln Heights
Assisted living community and skilled nursing facility will offer Juniper's acclaimed signature programming for residents.

Juniper Communities announces the addition of Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights to its portfolio of managed and owned seniors housing communities, effective March, 2021. The community, based in San Antonio, TX, can provide professional care and support for 96 assisted living residents and has 46 skilled nursing beds. The community was formerly managed by Brookdale Senior Living. Nationally, Juniper ranks among the top 40 largest and most respected providers of seniors housing communities.
Situated in the Lincoln Heights/Alamo Heights section of San Antonio, the neighborhood is often thought to be one of the best places to reside in Texas. It offers great restaurants, parks, close proximity to downtown, highly rated schools, and more. Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights is located at 855 E Basse Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209 and is part of a broader expansion initiative that Juniper is rolling out in 2021.

In an industry hit hard by COVID-19, Juniper Communities has been hailed as an industry leader in the effort to limit the spread of virus by being among the first to proactively test residents and team members, creating staffing cohorts, and implementing thorough PPE and sanitization practices. Juniper has also stood out with an a 95% COVID-19 vaccination rate among team members and residents.
As with all Juniper acquisitions, the company works to retain the existing team and caregivers and bring them into the Juniper fold. Currently, 96 people are employed at the community.
