Willows@Home Personal Assistance Service in Kerrville

In its continued commitment to serve older adults, Juniper Communities has launched a licensed PAS (Personal Assistance Service) company to provide homecare and support services. Known as Willows@Home, this is one more element in Juniper’s mission to offering a complete care model.

“Willows@Home is an extension of Juniper’s services to the local communities we serve,” said Lynne S. Katzmann, Founder and CEO of Juniper Communities. “With the increase in demand for homebased aging services, Willows@Home fits soundly as the first step in our care model that includes independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.”

Willows@Home will provide customized support services packages for individuals living at home or in independent living communities. Services that can be subscribed to include housekeeping, meal delivery, medication management, certified geriatric care managers, remote monitoring, modifying home living arrangements, assistance with bathing and grooming, and registered nurse consultation. Also, laundry services, transportation and companionship to and from doctor appointments, shopping trips, and more are offered.

Through Willows@Home’s affiliation with Juniper Communities and Juniper Villages, those engaging in services will benefit from Juniper’s suite of social, clinical, and wellness programs.

The service is currently being offered in Kerrville, TX with planned expansion to all Texas markets where Juniper Villages are situated including San Antonio and Dallas, and then beyond.
