Man Charged With Sexual Assault, Used Games To Lure Child: Police
A chiropractor from Baltimore traveled to Fort Bend County after connecting with the child in an online video game, police say.
STAFFORD, TX — A chiropractor from Baltimore was arrested in Stafford recently and is being charged with sexual assault of a child after meeting the child through an online video game, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
Blake Kalkstein, 37, was arrested July 6 on the 700 block of Dulles Avenue. Police say he traveled to the area to commit the offense.
Kalkstein used an online gaming platform to lure his victim and made trips to Fort Bend County in May and July 2022, according to authorities.

Kalkstein is booked into Fort Bend County Jail on two second degree felony warrants with a $100,000 bond for each charge. He has a court appearance scheduled for Aug. 15, according to court records.
Online games are commonly used by predators to make contact with children, Fort Bend County Sheriff Eric Fagan said.

"I urge parents to carefully monitor and control their children’s online activity on social media apps and games," Fagan said.
