Police Seek Man Who Committed Sex Acts At Sugar Land Craft Store

Sugar Land PD is looking for a m an who went into an area craft store and followed a woman around while touching himself.

SUGAR LAND, TX - Sugar Land police are looking for a man who witnesses said followed a woman inside a store, exposed himself to her, and began touching himself in front of her.

The incident allegedly happened inside a Michael's store in the 13500 block of University Boulevard on April 15.

The incident was reported to the store manager the following day, and said his wife as inside the store and noticed a man following her who kept trying to look up her dress.

She later saw the man squat down near several customers, pull down his sweatpants and began touching himself in a lewd fashion for several seconds before leaving the store.

A review of the store's surveillance video showed the man enter the store just after 6 p.m. and leaving at about 6:49 p.m.
