5 Fall TV Premieres Everyone Is Talking About

Ready for the new seasons of "This Is Us" and "The Voice"? So are a lot of people. Plus, get details on Megyn Kelly's new show.

With the start of fall comes a whole new fleet of must-see television shows, and certain series are already making headlines this season. Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia and Emmy winner Sterling K. Brown return for the much-anticipated Season 2 of "This Is Us," while "The Voice" is back for its 13th season, adding Jennifer Hudson to its impressive roster of coaches.

New shows on the block include "The Big Bang Theory" spinoff, "Young Sheldon," and Megyn Kelly's highly discussed morning show, "Megyn Kelly Today."

Here's what people are already buzzing about when it comes to these shows and when you can watch them.

1. "This Is Us"

The show that captivated the country and nabbed 10 Emmy nominations in its first season returns for Season 2 on Sept. 26, picking up where we left off in the lives of Jack and Rebecca Pearson and their triplets, Kevin, Kate and Randall. The burning question at the top of fans' minds this season? How exactly did family patriarch Jack die, and will we finally find out in one of the flashback scenes?

2. "The Voice"

Jennifer Hudson has signed on for Season 13 of "The Voice," joining veterans Adam Levine, Miley Cyrus and Blake Shelton in the coaches' chairs alongside host Carson Daly. Tune in each week as the four superstars shape their teams of musical prodigies and compete for bragging rights, while one winner receives a recording contract.

Watch it: Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC

3. "Young Sheldon"

Fans of "The Big Bang Theory" are already loving the series' spinoff, "Young Sheldon," which premiered on Sept. 25 with a record-breaking 16.6 million viewers (the largest comedy premiere audience in four years). The show centers on the childhood of beloved "Big Bang" character Sheldon Cooper, who at 9 years old has just skipped four grades and has to navigate harder classes and bigger bullies.



Watch it: The show's second episode won't air until Nov. 2, but after that you can catch it each Thursday at 8:30 p.m. EST on CBS.

4. "Megyn Kelly Today"

The former Fox News Channel host who claimed to be "kind of done with politics for now” in favor of lighter lifestyle news is already being criticized for talking extensively about politics on the premiere of "Megyn Kelly Today." At the same time, others are criticizing Kelly for being lackluster and disingenuous in her attempts to remain apolitical. Needless to say, these debates are causing quite the buzz around the new morning show, which might be worth watching to quell your curiosity.

5. "Kevin Can Wait"

For the second season of "Kevin Can Wait," actor Kevin James continues an on-screen reunion with his "King Of Queens" co-star, Leah Remini, who plays his business partner at a private security firm. However, fans of the show aren't too thrilled about the way the sophomore season kicked off, by — spoiler alert! killing off Kevin's wife, Donna, and bumping Remini up to series regular.
