  • You’ll earn a flat fee per newsletter and a commission on local sales revenue generated by your newsletter.
  • You’ll be supported by the Patch marketing, sales, product and engineering teams to help you grow your audience and income.

  1. Have an eye for what people find interesting and strong knowledge of their city and media landscape
  2. Write clearly, crisply and quickly
  3. Are digitally savvy and plugged into locally-focused social media groups and communities
  4. Know the most important organizations and businesses in their city
  5. Will devote 90 minutes, five days a week to their newsletter
  6. Would find the idea of growing a local audience exciting
  7. Marketing or sales experience, though not required, is a plus
