A Pinterest-Worthy Home
The property boasts five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms spread across 9,206 square feet on a 0.65-acre lot. Each room features artisanal woodwork and custom finishes that showcase a meticulous attention to detail, according to the listing.
Other features include cathedral-vaulted ceilings, a detached garage, five fireplaces, an in-ground pool, wooded views and a guest house, according to the listing.
The Los Angeles-born actress is certainly proud of the unique home, so much so that she decided to author a book about the building of it.
Titled "The House that Pinterest Built," the book was published in 2017 and acts as "a style guide, an inspirational tome and a how-to volume on creating one's home," according to the book's description on Amazon.
The description notes Keaton took to the boards of Pinterest for inspiration after deciding to build her own home from the ground up on the advice of her friend, "Something's Gotta Give" and "The Holiday" director Nancy Meyers.

According to Architectural Digest, the book contains 300 photos of Keaton's home, as well as essays, how-tos and other inspiration. Keaton described the home to the publication as "brick and steel and barnyard wood" with a factory industrial feel.
An Oscar and Golden Globe Award winner and Emmy and Tony nominee, Keaton has famously starred in a number of iconic films, including the titular role in "Annie Hall," "The Godfather" trilogy, "Something's Gotta Give," "Father of the Bride" parts one and two, "The Family Stone" and the Pixar Animation Studios sequel "Finding Dory" among many others.
Celebrities Sell Their Homes
Keaton is certainly not the only celebrity to recently put their stunning home on the market.
