Fans of Wendy's are likely already familiar with the chain's famous "Baconator" burger made with fresh beef, American cheese, six pieces of crispy applewood smoked bacon, Heinz ketchup and Heinz mayo, according to the Wendy's website.
This summer, popular cracker snack Cheez-It is teaming up with Wendy's to combine the beloved Baconator taste with its signature cheesy crunch, according to a news release posted to Cheez-It parent company Kellanova's website.

According to Kellanova, the new Cheez-It x Wendy's Baconator Crackers will combine fans' go-to snack with their drive-thru must-have, resulting in an absurdly delicious bite.
"Cheez-It fans are known for their passionate love of our signature cheesy flavor baked with 100 percent real cheese, and we're always looking for new ways to surprise them with bold, flavor-packed experiences," Cara Tragseiler, senior brand director for Cheez-It, said in a news release. "With Wendy's, we found the perfect partner to create something completely unexpected – a snack that brings the craveable flavor of the Baconator to the cracker aisle in a way only Cheez-It can."
The company noted each bite delivers the 100 percent real cheese taste Cheez-It is known for, amplified with savory applewood smoked bacon flavor, bringing the full burger experience to snack time with no drive-thru required.
"This partnership with Cheez-It brings together two iconic brands for a savory, crunchy snack fans will love," Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. chief marketing officer for The Wendy's Company, said in a news release. "We took our famous Baconator, a burger known for its irresistible, beefy, bacon-loaded flavor, and reimagined it with the unmistakable cheesy crunch of Cheez-It. The result is a one-of-a-kind bite that gives fans a fresh, new way to enjoy their Wendy's favorite anytime, anywhere."
The new Cheez-It x Wendy's Baconator Crackers are set to hit store shelves nationwide in July for a limited time.

The crackers will also be available for purchase, along with the ultimate Cheez-It x Wendy's Baconator bundle, exclusively at CheezIt.com. The bundle features the new crackers and a Wendy's frosty keychain tag, with free shipping available by using the code "CHEEZBURGER," according to Kellanova.
In addition to Cheez-It, Kellanova is also the parent company of popular food brands Pop-Tarts, Pringles, Eggo and Special K among others.
Founded in 1969, The Wendy's Company and Wendy's franchisees employ hundreds of thousands of people across more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide, according to the release.
