I am an original Patcher who returned nearly three years ago after a decade away from journalism. I serve as the Local Editor for Patch sites in Lower Bucks County and eastern Montgomery County, including Warminster, Bensalem, Yardley, Levittown, Upper and Lower Southampton, Hatboro-Horsham, and Abington. .
I have been married almost 30 years. We both attended The University of Delaware, where my son is now graduating as a Blue Hen.
I am a long-suffering Philadelphia sports fan and was born right outside of Philadelphia. I consider myself a huge fan of Classic Rock music and started collecting vinyl again after all these years!
As a journalist for three decades, I was editor of three newspapers, have over 35 awards, and broke a story that led to the federal indctment of a mayor in North Jersey. I have logged lots of time in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and northern New Jersey.
I believe very strongly in community journalism and letting people know about the issues and concerns important to their communities.
My first tenure at Patch included running sites in the Lehigh Valley.
Please do not hesitate to say hello or drop me an email or a phone call. I would also love any ideas you might have for making our site better and providing me with any story ideas and news tips about some of the interesting people and places in our communities.
Please send me an email with your questions, story ideas and news tips to dino.ciliberti@patch.com or call me at 484-280-1126.
