High School Juniors Opt Out of Test
At Tolland High School, 46 juniors opted out of the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium test.

Erin Quinlan graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2005 and immediately began her reporting career at the Middletown Press in Middletown, CT. After a short time in Middletown, Erin took a position at the Journal Inquirer, where she worked in news, sports, and advertising, and remained until coming on board at Patch. The checkpoint will begin at 8 p.m. Friday and will run until 2 a.m. on Saturday.
