‘Flags Across Cheshire’ Event To Take Place Memorial Day Weekend
The Flags Across Cheshire committee and various town volunteers will be placing flags upon veteran graves, as part of their annual campaign.

I worked with the Journal Register Company in various roles for 16 years before coming to Patch in July 2014.
I started my journalism career as an intern with the Hamden Chronicle and was then hired as the staff reporter, covering all aspects of the community.
I then made the switch over to sports and was the executive sports editor for Elm City Newspapers, a group of community weeklies, for 12 years. During that time, I also worked in the New Haven Register sports department as a copy editor.
I currently cover communities in Connecticut for Patch.
