Country music riser, Brandon Ratcliff is gearing up to perform at his highly anticipated tour stop in Salt Lake City on Saturday, September 9. Ratcliff, who has been making waves in the country music scene with his distinctive sound and storytelling, is ready to hit the road and share new music with fans after releasing his latest project, Tale of Two Towns. The relatable project dives into the eagerness felt when leaving your hometown, while still missing certain aspects of it - sinking into the “what if’s” and comparing the potential split of two different lives lived.
Born in Cotton Valley, LA (population 962), Brandon saw first-hand how universal the stories born in small towns are. The son of Suzanne Cox (from the Bluegrass band The Cox Family), he watched as his mother and her siblings won Grammy Awards telling those stories to the world. With music in his blood, Brandon has crafted a sound and artistic style that is uniquely his own. His debut full length record, Tale Of Two Towns, is filled with nostalgia from start to finish and is filled with deeply personal songs. Anyone who’s moved away from their hometown will find the lyrics to the title track deeply moving. Brandon, who was featured in CMT's Listen Up Class of 2023, made his Opry debut earlier this year. He has since been touring alongside other artists such as Gavin DeGraw and Girl Named Tom.
