PARK CITY, Utah (Sept. 19, 2024) – Graze Craze®, the rapidly expanding charcuterie concept known for its specialty grazing boards, boxes and more, is now open in Park City at 1748 W. Redstone Center Drive, suite 115. The 1,075-square-foot store is conveniently located in the popular lifestyle hotspot, Redstone Shopping Center, off Interstate Highway 80 and U.S. Route 224.

Led by a team of expert Grazologists™ who curate aesthetically pleasing charcuterie arrangements, Graze Craze offers a unique approach to feeding a crowd. Its boards contain premium varieties of meats and cheeses, fruits and vegetables, nuts, crackers and more, paired with house-made sauces, dips and jams. The specialty store’s artisans feed the popular trend of grazing by providing convenient and beautiful food displays that incorporate different flavors, colors, textures and garnishes for an elevated dining experience that offers something for everyone.

From the fan-favorite Gone Grazey board, created using a balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts and more, to the Vegegrazian, designed with a medley of crisp fruits and vegetables, each board is crafted with the grazer in mind.
