• Burlington apartments \u200bfor rent stayed steady since last November (burlingtonfreepress.com) — Burlington renters are seeing some relief, with November’s median asking rent holding at $2,200 and dropping 8% from October’s $2,400. One- and two-bedroom prices have dipped slightly from last year, but still sit well above both Vermont’s statewide and national medians, underscoring how costly it remains to rent here. 
• Burlington reveals new plans for Memorial Auditorium redevelopment (wcax.com) — Burlington officials and developers have unveiled new concepts to redevelop the Gateway Block, proposing to demolish Memorial Auditorium for a hotel, housing, and community space while preserving its east wing and veterans’ memorial. The plan also reimagines the parking lot between the church and Fletcher Free Library as a park and playground and could repurpose Central Fire Station, with a City Council work session coming Monday.
• UVM Men's Rugby Club advances to National Championship (wcax.com) — UVM’s men’s rugby club, based in Burlington, is undefeated and has punched its ticket to the National Collegiate Rugby D2 championship game after a semifinal win over UNC-Wilmington. Players and coaches say their tight-knit culture, heavy practice schedule, and deep roster have them confident heading into Sunday’s title matchup in Houston.
