Naked Man Charged with Indecent Exposure Near Elementary School: Police
A police officer on routine patrol happened to see the 55-year old man standing nude near a tree Tuesday afternoon in Annandale.
ANNANDALE, VA -- A 55-year old man from Haymarket was charged with indecent exposure Tuesday, after police spotted him not wearing any clothes near an elementary school in Annandale.
The man, James Burgess, was charged with indecent exposure, police said, after a police officer on routine patrol spotted him, nude, standing near a tree in the 7900 Block of Heritage Drive, which is near Annandale Terrace Elementary School (see map below).
Burgess was charged and issued a summons, police said.
