• Virginia Instructional Assistant Charged With Assault After Student Comes Forward: Police (dailyvoice.com) — An Annandale resident working as an instructional assistant has been charged with simple assault after a reported incident involving a student at Annandale High School, and he’s now on administrative leave. Fairfax County police say child abuse detectives are investigating, victim specialists are assisting the student, and anyone with additional information is urged to contact authorities as the case develops.
