CAVA Opens Rosslyn Restaurant Friday

ARLINGTON, VA — On Friday, Washington D.C. based restaurant and culinary brand CAVA will open its doors on a brand new fast casual restaurant located in Rosslyn. The location, found at 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209, will celebrate its opening in the neighborhood by offering the first 150 guests a free meal starting at 10:45 AM. CAVA will take donations during Community Day to benefit local non-profit partner - City Blossoms.

CAVA Rosslyn will open with a menu featuring the brand’s Summer Menu, which includes: seasonal roasted vegetables of grape tomatoes, button mushrooms, green bell peppers and sweet potatoes; a seasonal topping of white bean salad; a seasonal spicy lentil soup; and lastly a savory dressing - spicy apricot.

CAVA was founded in 2011 by childhood friends Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Executive Chef Dimitri Moshovitis. CAVA was created to bring modern, authentic, and vibrant Mediterranean food to a wider audience, using ingredients made from scratch in-house every day. The menu is specially created to deliver an ultra-personalized experience for each and every guest – featuring over 50 offerings and 58 million possible combinations of bold ingredients and flavors. CAVA’s restaurants can be found in both city as well as suburban areas of their home market of Washington D.C.’s metro area (including Maryland and Virginia), Richmond, in New York City’s metro area and Manhattan, as well as seven locations in the Los Angeles area. CAVA will have more than 65 locations nationwide by the end of 2018.

CAVA Rosslyn is 1,815 square feet and will seat 26 people and will feature additional outdoor patio seating. It’s located at 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209. Hours: 10:45AM to 10:00PM.
