Doggie Trick-Or-Treating Returns To Dogma Bakery In Shirlington
Bring your dog dressed in a Halloween costume to Dogma Bakery in Shirlington on Oct. 29 and help raise money for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.
ARLINGTON, VA — Dogma Bakery and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue are making plans for the 14th annual Doggie Trick-or-Treating in the Village at Shirlington.
The event on Sunday, Oct. 29 is a good way for dogs and doggie parents to have fun. The Doggie Trick-or Treating event will also be raising funds for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.
Bring your dog dressed in a Halloween costume and then collect homemade treats from Dogma Bakery, a raffle ticket with your registration, and enter the costume contest.

Registration is $20 per dog, and Dogma Bakery will send a sign-up link for the selected trick-or-treat time upon registration.
Each registered dog will receive a trick-or-treating bag to collect their baked treats. The Halloween costume contest will be judged by Dogma Bakery’s social media community after the event from the contestant photos taken onsite at check-in.

Every attending dog will also receive a Bark Halloween toy while supplies last.
In 2022, the event raised $5,400 for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue from the more than 250 dogs that attended the doggie trick-or-treating event.
The event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 29 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Dogma Bakery in the Village at Shirlington. Dogma Bakery is located at 2772 S. Arlington Mill Drive in Arlington.
