Dogma Holds Holiday Toy Event For Adoptable Dogs And Cats From AWLA
Dogma Bakery in Shirlington hosted a holiday toy event Tuesday morning for dogs and cats waiting for adoption at AWLA's shelter.

ARLINGTON, VA — Dogma Bakery owner Sheila Raebel hosted a holiday event Tuesday morning where dogs housed at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington shelter traveled to the store to pick out toys for Christmas.
Dogma Bakery is located at the Village at Shirlington, a short walk or drive down S. Arlington Mill Drive from the AWLA shelter. All toys that were not selected by the dogs from AWLA were delivered to the other dogs at the AWLA shelter for them to play with.
Dogma delivered more than 100 toys for dogs and cats to AWLA.

Dogma, located at 2772 S. Arlington Mill Dr. in Arlington, provides food, pet products, toys, fresh store baked treats and a grooming salon.
Along with AWLA, Dogma works with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and donates food, money and products and holds adoption events for other groups, including Homeward Trails, Humane Rescue Alliance, City Dogs and City Kitties.
