Pet Of The Week: Chase Just Wants To Cuddle Up At Your Feet
Animal Welfare League of Arlington is helping Chase, an adult mixed-breed dog, find his forever home.

ARLINGTON, VA — Animal Welfare League of Arlington is helping Chase to find his forever home.
This large, mixed-breed, adult male is an energetic pup, according to his AWLA foster. Don't let that fool you, because Chase also loves to snuggle up by your feet while you're watching TV or playing with his toys.
"Chase loves attention and is very loving," the foster said. "He does very well when his foster parents are not home and does not cry or bark."

Chase is a smart dog too. He responds to the commands "sit" and "quiet," although he's still working "go to bed."
He also does a happy dance when the bottom of his back is scratched, according to the foster.

"Chase is well behaved, house trained, sleeps well in his own play pen in his room and is potty trained. Chase is food motivated and gets along with dogs well (just has lots of energy).
"Chase has not spent time around cats or children while in foster care. He has done very well with people and other dogs that walk by during our walks and he does not bark at them."
