Burger Lovers Take Note: Popular Chain Opens Location At VA Airport

ARLINGTON, VA — Travelers stuck waiting for a flight at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington have a new place to satiate their hunger.

Five Guys, which has more than 1,800 locations across 26 countries, recently opened a new restaurant at the airport near gate D35 in Concourse D. The location is open daily 5 a.m.-10:30 p.m.

“Whether it’s using fresh ground beef (there are no freezers in our restaurants), double-cooking our fries in 100 percent peanut oil, hand-preparing fresh ingredients every morning or serving peanuts while you wait, we strive to provide the best experience each and every time you visit,” according to the company’s website.

Headquartered in Alexandria, Five Guys Enterprises LLC opened its first restaurant in 1986 in Arlington. By 2001, there were five locations in the Washington, D.C. area.
