Raw Chicken Found On Beer Keg Dispenser At Arlington Restaurant
Arlington County health inspectors found heath code violations at 15 of the 20 food establishments they visited recently.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County health inspectors found violations at 15 of the 20 food establishments they visited Dec. 15-17, 2025, including a bowl of raw chicken being found on the dispensing portion of a beer keg at one restaurant.
An inspector reported finding the improperly placed bowl of raw chicken during Dec. 16 inspection at Renaissance Arlington Capital View-SOCCI Restaurant and Bar, located at 2800 South Potomac Ave. The inspector told the restaurant to store raw chicken away from beer kegs.
During the same visit, the inspector found a severely dented can of garbanzo beans being stored in the kitchen's dry storage area.

"All severely dented can goods received at establishment must be set aside for credit or discarded," the inspection report said. The dented garbanzo beans can was discarded.
