ARLINGTON, VA — Emergency work to fill a 14-foot-deep sinkhole in Arlington began Thursday morning and may continue through Sunday, officials said.
The hole on Wilson Boulevard was shown in a post on X by Arlington’s Department of Environmental Services. The agency said the work is being done between North Randolph Street and North Stuart Street.
DES said the work will be done during daytime hours. Open traffic lanes will favor rush-hour directions.
