Arlington County Public Health Department inspectors found violations at 19 of the food establishments they visited June 2-9.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Public Health Department inspectors found health code violations at 19 of the food establishments they visited June 2-9.
An inspector who visited The Commentary Kitchen & Bar in the Westin Arlington-Gateway Hotel reported finding feta cheese and pico de gallo in the cook line prep unit being kept at 45 degrees, which was too warm. The person in charged discarded pico de gallo and feta cheese and was ordered to repair the refrigeration unit.
