Camera/Video Store Burglarized in Broad Daylight by 3 Masked Men: Police

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Masked men burglarized a camera and video rental business in broad daylight last Sunday in the Merrifield area and police released images caught on surveillance cameras, police announced Monday.

Detectives are investigating the commercial burglary that occurred in the 2800 block of Merrilee Drive (see map below) on Sunday, June 12. Employees of businesses in the area confirmed that DC Camera, which specializes in renting high-end camera and video equipment, was the business that was burglarized.
Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm and located an unsecured door. Surveillance footage captured three men entering the business around 1 p.m., according to police.

Suspects' descriptions, according to police are:
- Suspect #1: A man described as white, 40 to 50 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, 180 to 200 pounds.
- Suspect #2: A man of unknown race, 30 to 40 years old. He was approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, 180 to 200 pounds.
- Suspect #3: A man 30 to 40 years old. He was of unknown race, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, 190 to 220 pounds.
