Fairfax Woman With Gun In Hand Stopped From Entering City Business
A woman who was holding a firearm in her hand was prevented from entering a Fairfax City business on Thursday and later arrested.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A 35-year-old Fairfax woman with a weapon in her hand tried to enter a city business midday on Thursday, according to City of Fairfax Police.
Officers responded around 12:17 p.m. to Window Man at 3853 Pickett Road for the report of a woman with a handgun in her hand trying to enter the business. The woman left the area after the person who contacted police locked the business, according to police.
Police arrested the suspect nearby and took her to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Jasmine Binder was charged with brandishing a firearm and held without bond, according to police.
