Growing Concern for Missing Teens from Frost Middle School

FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- The parents of two missing Fairfax County middle school students are frantic Friday night after not hearing from their children after three days.

Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the 13-year-old girl, Facette “Daniel” Lema and the 14-year-old boy, Rudy Torzano who were reported missing around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, according to Fairfax County Police.

Both are students at Frost Middle School in Fairfax, according to a report by WJLA.

Police think the two may be in Baltimore, after possibly fleeing the area by taxi to Jessup, Md., according to the TV station's report Friday night. It was noted that "Daniel" has connections in Baltimore.

Rudy's mother sobbed, pleading for her son to return home.

Although detectives believe that the two teens are missing voluntarily, Facette "Daniel" is in need of medication which she did not take with her, police said.

The two were last seen shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday night at their respective homes in the Fairfax area, according to police. There is a possibility that the pair took a taxi-cab to the Jessup, Maryland area, police said.

Lema was last seen wearing jeans or black leggings, a T-shirt with a skull on it, and a black and red Star Wars jacket. Rudy ’s clothing description is unknown.
