Highlights from Fairfax City's 4th of July Parade

Did you miss getting to see Thursday's annual Independence Day Parade in Old Town Fairfax? Or, was it so good you want to relive it a little?

Thousands of families turned out for the 2013 parade, and at least 100 entries marched through downtown, including marching bands from across the country, floats, large balloons, and officials from the city, county and even state levels.

Northern Virginians were tweeting photos all day, saying they had a great time and talking about which features of the parade were the best.
