FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old girl, Facette “Daniel” Lema and a 14-year-old boy, Rudy Torzano who were reported missing around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, according to Fairfax County Police.
