Police Seeking Tips in Sexual Assault Investigation
A 10-year-old victim has come forward, according to Fairfax County Police. Investigators are asking for more information from the public.
FAIRFAX, Va. — Investigators have arrested a Fairfax area man accused of allegedly sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl, according to Fairfax County Police.
Joseph Patrick Gamerl, 53, of Fairfax, has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a child and aggravated sexual battery.

According to police, the victim told a family member last month that Gamerl had touched her inappropriately.
"Detectives would like to speak with anyone who has information that may assist with this investigation or may have had similar encounters with Gamerl," according to a police statement.
