Pop-Up Gallery Opening a Big Success, 2nd Exhibit to Open Saturday
A new exhibit opens this Saturday night, and each Saturday night for the next several weeks.

Art lovers in Fairfax appear thrilled with the opening of the new Metropolitan Art Project "pop-up gallery" in Old Town.
"Our opening on Saturday, June 15 was a huge success," said Robert Golden of The Dickson Company, which leased the space to the group of artists who collaborated to open the temporary, six-week gallery.
Metropolitan will debut a different exhibit by a new group of artists in a celebratory event each Saturday night for the next several weeks.
This Saturday, June 22, 6-9 p.m., the pop-up gallery debuts an exhibit entitled "Momentum," featuring the works of Chris Rackley, Jenny Walton, Michael Schiffer and Jeremiah Holland.
Metropolitan Art Project is located at 10409-A Main St. in Old Town.
