Malicious Wounding Suspect In Police Custody: Fairfax City Police

City of Fairfax Police reported that the suspect wanted for an attempted malicious wounding incident Friday morning has been apprehended.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police have apprehended a suspect in connection to the attempted malicious wounding that occurred Friday morning in the 3100 block of Campbell Drive.

Police identified Xaiver Brice Robinson as a person of interest in this case and have obtained arrest warrants against Robinson for using a firearm in the commission of a felony, assault, and discharging a firearm within city limits.

Officers responded around 7:20 a.m.for the report of a possible weapons discharge in the area of Campbell Drive and Fairfax Boulevard.

Police determined that the incident started as an argument between Robinson and another person he knew, according to police. Investigators recovered shell casings on the scene. No injuries were reported and no property was reported damaged, according to police.
