Room Ransacked, Cash Stolen in Fairfax Burglary
Fairfax Police search for suspects in burglary, identity theft, and defrauding cases this week.

Several cases were recently reported to the City of Fairfax Police Department.
At 12:35 p.m. Tuesday a Fairfax resident told police that her home was entered by unidentified person(s) on the 10100 block of Toms Court. A bedroom was ransacked and cash was taken, police report.
Two more incidents were reported to Fairfax police Monday evening.

A resident on the 3500 block of Spring Lake Terrace reported that several credit accounts were opened in his name without his knowledge between Dec. 30 and Jan. 1.The unidentified person(s) also made unauthorized purchases. Police were made aware of another incident on Monday night by the manager of Hooters Restaurant, 10334 Fairfax Boulevard. He reported that three males left the establishment without paying for their food and drink orders.

- Secure your sliding glass patio doors
- Keep windows locked and use durable glass such as tampered
- Keep your eyes open and be a good neighbor
- Show sign of life with lights
- Install an alarm system and home safe
