FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police released a photo of a man they say was involved in an assault and battery incident Tuesday afternoon at a fast food restaurant in the city.

The incident took place around 1 p.m. at the McDonald's at 3195 Blenheim Blvd.
