FAIRFAX CITY, VA — What's open and what's closed on Monday, July 4 in Fairfax City? Here's a look:
- City government offices are closed
- General District Court is closed
- CUE Bus — no regular service
- Fairfax Museum and Visitor Center is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- CUE Bus — no regular service
- Refuse and recycling are not collected; Monday and Tuesday routes are collected on Tuesday, July 5
Please be aware, the City notes: Collecting multiple days' worth of debris on a single day may cause atypical delays in collection, and occasionally brush collection may occur over a period of days (depending on weather and season). Please leave items at the curb until they are collected. Thank you for your patience.
