It’s Strictly ‘70s as Robbie Limon Band Hits Court Square Theater 3/22

Local favorite Robbie Limon brings his band to Court Square Theater (CST) 3/22, playing 30 hits from the 1970s in a multimedia extravaganza.

HARRISONBURG, VA – Local favorite Robbie Limon brings his band to Court Square Theater (CST) Saturday, Mar 22, playing 30 hits from the 1970s in a multimedia extravaganza. The show begins at 7:30 pm. Wear your favorite groovy garb (there’s even a costume contest with a chance to win CST gift cards) and swing on down for an evening of nostalgic music!

Doors open at 7 pm for the 7:30 pm show. Advance tickets are $30 ($40 at door), and are available at courtsquaretheater.org or by calling the box office at 540.433.9189. The concert is part of the Upbeat Downtown Series, sponsored by Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community (VMRC).

Singer-Songwriter Limon has performed with/opened for Bo Diddley, Ronnie Wood, Ramones, Iggy Pop, Johnny Thunders, Michael Twitty, Andy McCoy, Del Fuegos, and Wendy O'Williams, among others. Strictly ‘70s features projection behind the band highlighting the original artist
playing the song (on screen) along and in time with the Robbie Limon Band. This projection is a show in itself!

Other Upbeat Downtown performances in the Spring 2025 series include: Cash Unchained, a Tribute to Johnny Cash (Apr 25), Lua Project, Mexilachian music (May 10), and Forever Simon and Garfunkel, a Tribute (May 30).
