Boy, 13, Repeat Shoplifter After Incident Saturday at Kingstowne Store: Police
Police say this is the second time the boy has been caught shoplifting at the Kingstowne Walmart store.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police were called to the Kingstowne Walmart Saturday afternoon for a report of a 13-year old boy shoplifting. Police said he was a repeat offender.
Police were called at about 2:25 p.m. Saturday to the store in the 5800 block of Kingstowne Boulevard, where officers responded to a report of a possible larceny. A store employee recognized the teenaged boy as someone who had recently been detained for stealing merchandise, according to police. When officers arrived, they observed the suspect behaving in a nervous manner and detained him.
Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of stolen property and burglarious tools, police said. A 13-year-old boy was released to his guardian pending further charges.
