Edsall Road Ramp Onto I-395 To Close Nightly In Springfield: VDOT

SPRINGFIELD, VA — The eastbound Edsall Road ramp to northbound Interstate 395 will be closed nightly, weather permitting, starting Monday night for bridge repairs, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

The ramp closure will be in effect each night from 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. The closures will begin at 10 p.m. on Monday night and end at 5 a.m. on Friday, VDOT said.

Traffic will be detoured on Edsall Road to southbound Bren Mar Drive, where drivers will then make a U-turn at Marlo Lane to northbound Bren Mar Drive and across Edsall Road to the northbound I-395 on-ramp.

VDOT is urging drivers to use caution when traveling in this active work zone.
