Holiday Cooking Classes with Chef Carmine Marzano

Chef Marzano invites you to join him in his kitchen at Osteria Marzano to learn how to cook a Christmas meal with an Italian twist, and then sit down with him afterwards to dine on the lunch that you’ve made together. Complimentary champagne will be served with lunch. 

Classes are priced at $85/per person per class.

• Insalata di Mare alla Veneziana: Venetian style seafood salad
• Agnolotti di Magro Con Salsa di Noce: Spinach and Ricotta Agnolotti with walnut cream sauce
• Roasted Rack of Lamb with Beluga Lentil Salad, Roasted fingerling potatoes, and rosemary jus
• Broccoli Rabe with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and crushed red peppers
• Panettone con Gelato: Italian Panettone cake with Vanilla gelato and warm chocolate sauce

Maximum number of people per class is 20, on a first-come, first served basis. Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and will be charged the full price to participate in the class. Reservations will be considered confirmed when payment is received. All confirmed reservations are final.
