Man Killed In 3-Vehicle Crash On Fairfax County Parkway: Police
A Maryland man died in a three-vehicle crash Friday morning on Fairfax County Parkway in the West Springfield area, police said.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — A Maryland man died in a three-vehicle crash Friday morning on Fairfax County Parkway in the West Springfield area, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
Noe Solis Espinoza, 37, was driving a 1999 Ford Ranger northbound on Fairfax County Parkway around 7:30 a.m. on Friday when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed over the raised median and entered the southbound lanes of the parkway near Whitlers Creek Drive.
Solis Espinoza struck the driver of a 2018 Ford Escape, continued southbound and collided with the driver of a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, police said. Solis Espinoza was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

The driver of the Honda Ridgeline was taken to the hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening. Detectives do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. Detectives are continuing to investigate to determine if speed was a factor in the crash.
