Man With Outstanding Warrants Flees Police, Crashes on I-95
The man was not seriously injured in the crash, and police were able to take him into custody Thursday night.

A Woodbridge man was pursued on I-95 police and then crashed after he failed to pull over for a traffic stop Thursday night.
Fairfax County police said that Festus Musa, 20, was driving near Loisdale Road and I-95 in Springfield shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday when an officer attempted to pull him over after running his plates and discovering that Musa had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Musa kept driving and got onto the I-95 freeway.
The officer pursued Musa's car as he continued to flee. Not long after, Musa crashed. The officer was then able to take him into custody.

Musa is being charged with felony speeding to elude police, driving on a suspended license, and possession of marijuana, in addition to undisclosed charges connected to his outstanding warrants.
