Presidential Inauguration Friday Means Changes to Bus Service in Fairfax County
Here's a look at some changes you'll see Friday if you take the bus in Fairfax County, due to the presidential inauguration.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- There will be a few changes to Fairfax Connector bus service Friday in Fairfax County due to the presidential inauguration. Here's a look:
Fairfax Connector will be operating holiday weekday service with all routes operating regular weekday service except:
· Routes 231, 232, 335, 393, 394, 395, 422, 432, 461, 494, 495, 556, 585, 599, 624, 634, 644, 724, and 985, which will NOT operate at all; and

· Route 980 which will operate every 12-15 minutes instead of every 6-8 minutes.
Due to the closure of the Pentagon Transit Center Friday, Route 306 will detour to Bus Bay D at Pentagon City, which is located at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City on the west side of South Hayes Street, south of South 12th Street. The detour is scheduled to be in place Friday from 4 a.m. to midnight, or until the Pentagon Transit Center reopens.
