Death Of Woman In Parking Lot Investigated In Manassas Area

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County Police are investigating the death of a person found in a car at the Bull Run Plaza Tuesday.

Around 3:39 p.m., officers responded to a death at Bull Run Plaza in the 11700 block of Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas. A police investigation found a 54-year-old woman was found unconscious inside a vehicle in the parking lot. The woman was pronounced dead, and her identity was not publicly released.

The woman's body was taken to the medical examiner to determine the cause and manner of death. Police believe there were no initial signs of foul play. There is no suspected threat to the community.
