Farm Brew Live Changes Name To NOVA LIVE, Introduces New Concepts In Manassas

MANASSAS, VA — The restaurant and entertainment campus formerly known as Farm Brew LIVE has rebranded and is introducing new concepts.

Farm Brew LIVE is now known as NOVA LIVE and is located at Innovation Park in Manassas, according to the Villagio Hospitality Group. That's the restaurant group behind concepts like 2 Silos Brewing Co., Brentsville Hall, and The Black Sheep Restaurant as well as Clifton's Trattoria Villagio.

The restaurant group said the rebranding is more than a name change. The campus also has new offerings — Proof Kitchen + Bar, Murlarkey Distilled Spirits, Everyone Eats Catering and the future Tempo by Hilton.

"Our vision for NOVA LIVE is to build on what people already love about the space while continuing to grow in meaningful, intentional ways," said Marcus Silva, President & CEO of Villagio Hospitality Group. "This rebrand is a reflection of our team’s commitment to hospitality at every level."

Proof Kitchen + Bar, led by Chef Christopher Turner, incorporates global influences, blond flavors, seasonal ingredients and spirit-infused dishes, according to the restaurant group. The dinner menu includes entrees like Shepherd's Pie, Burrata Cannelloni, Crab Cakes, Beef Bibimbap and the Charleston Perlau twist on jambalaya. Burgers, flatbreads, sandwiches, soups, salads and appetizers round out the menu. A brunch menu will be announced at a later time. The restaurant offers indoor seating, a private dining room and outdoor patio.

The restaurant group's distillery, Murlarkey Distilled Spirits, is in the process of moving to an expanded space from its location on Wellington Road in Bristow. The distillery, started by Irish-American cousins Tom Murray, Mike and Jim Larkin, specializes in making spirits for craft cocktails. The new space offers a tasting room allows more capacity for production of the distillery's sprits.

Everyone Eats Catering is a full-service catering company providing chef-driven menus for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings both at and off the NOVA Live campus. The catering company brings dishes from the restaurant group's concepts or custom menus to clients' events in Northern Virginia and D.C. The catering company also participates in local philanthropic partnerships and other community support.

Another new concept will be Tempo by Hilton, bringing hotel accommodations to the NOVA Live campus. The hotel is expected to open in late 2025.
