"This is not your typical job fair," said Adreanne Simms, the county’s human resources manager of talent management. "From our last two Career Expos, we extended more than 50 job offers to attendees. With valuable feedback from past participants and hiring managers, we’re making this event even bigger and aiming to double that number of hires this time around."

The county government says it has work places around Prince William County, providing a chance for public service close to where residents live. Employee benefits offered by the county government are comprehensive medical plans, life insurance, Virginia Retirement System's 401A and 457 retirement savings accounts, paid holidays and personal leave, eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, professional development and training.
