Hylton Performing Arts Season Opener and Manassas Restaurant Week Begin This Weekend.

There’s not much left in the summer concert season, but Jiffy Lube Live amphitheater is going to “Do It Again.” Steely Dan will be taking the stage with classic hits like “Reelin’ in the Years” and “Rikki Don’t Lose That Number.” From $42. 7:30 p.m. Friday. 7800 Cellar Door Drive, Bristow.

Historic Manassas Restaurant Week kicks off on Sunday. Participating restaurants will have a 3-course meal for $35 or $25 per person. Restaurants include Okra’s, Carmello’s and more. Begins Sunday.

High school isn’t just for students this weekend. Potomac High School Community Day will include a 5K color run at 8 a.m. Saturday. The official start for the Cox Farms Fall Festival isn’t here yet, but that shouldn’t stop you.
