Although Orlich retired, her heart stayed with the school system. That's why she directed a memorial service to be planned at Osbourn Park High School officiated by school principals she worked with during her teaching career. The memorial service will be held in the Osbourn Park High School auditorium at 2 p.m. on March 17. Other staff and students who she worked with are also invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity supporting children can be made in Orlich's name.
